Rules

Not open for further replies.

These rules define the standards for discussion on this forum. The platform is intentionally moderated and structured, prioritizing clarity, relevance, and constructive participation.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans at moderator discretion.

1. Don’t Be a Jerk

This is the core rule everything else builds on.

Harassment, flaming, personal attacks, baiting, dogpiling, mockery, or hostile sarcasm directed at other users is not allowed. Disagreement is fine. Hostility is not.

If your post would reasonably make someone think “why are you being an asshole?”—don’t post it.

2. You have no rights, play nice.

Participation here is a privilege, not an entitlement.

Moderators are not required to argue with you, justify every action, or tolerate bad-faith behavior. If you cannot follow the rules or adapt to moderation, you will be removed.

3. No Flaming or Trolling

  • Flaming: Hostile, inflammatory, or abusive posts intended to provoke emotional responses.
  • Trolling: Posting with the intent to derail discussion, provoke reactions, or waste others’ time.
This includes “just asking questions,” sealioning, passive-aggressive digs, and pretending to be ignorant to stir conflict.

If your goal is to get a reaction rather than contribute, it doesn’t belong here.

4. No Personal Attacks or Call-Outs

Do not attack:
  • Other users
  • Groups of users
  • Moderators
  • Developers, creators, or staff
This includes name-calling, armchair diagnosis, insults disguised as “criticism,” or telling people to leave, quit, or kill themselves (even jokingly).
Address ideas, not people.

5. Stay On Topic

Threads exist for a reason.
  • Don’t derail discussions with unrelated arguments
  • Don’t hijack threads to push personal grievances or agendas
  • Don’t turn every discussion into a meta argument about “the community” or moderation
If you want to start a new discussion, start a new thread.

6. No Low-Effort or Spam Content

This includes:
  • One-line replies that add nothing (“this,” “lol,” “based,” etc.)
  • Meme replies outside of designated areas
  • Repeated posting of the same point across multiple threads
  • Self-promotion, advertising, or referral links without permission
Quality > quantity.

You may post low quality threads inside fast threads or off-topic; if you post outside these locations we will move the thread to the appropriate forum. Keep in mind that this is not a pass to spam those sections.

7. No Hate Speech or Bigotry

Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, ableism, or similar behavior is not tolerated—whether explicit or “ironic.”

Trying to rules-lawyer what “counts” will not save you.

8. No Witch Hunts or Drama Farming

Do not:
  • Post private messages, logs, or screenshots to shame others
  • Incite harassment or brigading
  • Drag external drama onto the forum
  • Start Political Bickering(we don't care and don't want to hear about your agenda)
This includes importing arguments from other platforms or trying to recreate social-media pile-ons here. Drama queens will be banned for being annoying.

9. Respect Moderation

  • Do not argue moderation actions in public threads
  • Do not backseat-moderate or threaten moderators
  • Do not evade moderation with alts or sockpuppets
  • Do not go into moderators profiles to whine about your ban appeal or whatever your problem is.
If you have an issue, use the proper channels. Public tantrums will make things worse, not better.

10. No Rule-Lawyering or Bad-Faith Loopholes

Rules are enforced based on intent and impact, not technicalities.

If you’re trying to figure out how close you can get to the line without crossing it, you’re already over it.

11. Don’t Bring Reddit or Social-Media Behavior Here

This forum is not Reddit, Twitter, TikTok, or YouTube comments.
  • No dogpiling
  • No snark-driven “dunks”
  • No karma-baiting attitudes
  • No normalization of toxicity as “just how the internet is”
If you’re used to platforms where being abrasive is rewarded, you better check yourself now, or we're gonna wreck you.

12. Moderator Discretion Is Final

Moderators may:
  • Remove content
  • Lock threads
  • Issue warnings
  • Suspend or ban users
Actions may be taken without prior warning if behavior warrants it. Repeated borderline behavior will be treated as intentional.

Final Note

This forum is moderated to maintain constructive, respectful discussion. Behavior commonly tolerated on large social platforms—such as hostility, baiting, etc.—is not acceptable here and will be enforced accordingly. Actions do have consequences here.
